Haslam’s Footwear Ltd reserves the right to alter without prior notice any content found within the website and in any marketing content. Haslam’s Footwear Ltd and any other party involved in making this site available to you, are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of it being accessed or used. Haslam’s Footwear Ltd assumes no responsibility, and shall not be liable for any damage or viruses that may infect your Computer, Tablet or Smartphone.

Pricing

If a product is advertised at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or a supplier error we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order whether or not the order has been confirmed. In such a case, we will make you aware of this and a full refund will be given, if required. (Errors and Omissions excepted).

Making a Purchase

Browse through the departments and select which items you wish to purchase by adding them to the shopping basket.   Once you have completed your shopping go to the Checkout to complete your order.  You will be asked a series of questions, requesting your personal details to complete the payment.  By submitting your order, you are offering to buy goods and allowing us to use your personal details for supplying those goods only.

We guarantee to comply with procedures and requirements laid down in the UK Data Protection Act 1984. For security reasons, we strongly recommend you do not send credit card numbers by email but use the secure facility on the website. Haslam’s Footwear take security of your details seriously and have taken every precaution to make sure your transaction is secure.

Please ensure your personal details are correct at the point of purchase as we are unable to change them before the goods are dispatched.

We accept the all major credit & debit cards including American, we also accept payment through PayPal.

Availability

We always endeavor to ensure our website is fully up to date so that items on the website are in stock. Sometimes items sell out very quickly or we may have sold a pair in our shop at the time of your purchase, meaning we have no stock left. When this happens, we will issue you with a refund, try our best to offer alternatives or let you know when they will be back in stock.

Quality Checks

In order to offer the greatest selection of products, we sometimes source items from our shop. For this reason we cannot guarantee that our items have not been tried on in store at some point. Sale items may have been displayed on racks in our stores also. 

Customs and Import Duties

Any customs or import duties that you will incur when a parcel reaches a destination country must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.  We accept no responsibility or liability for these charges.  We do not know what the charges are from country to country so cannot offer any help or advice on this.  We suggest contacting your local customs office before placing an order with us.

Postal Returns

We ask that our customers cover the cost of returning any unwanted products to us.

If your new shoes are not a suitable fit, or you’ve simply changed your mind, you have up to 28 days to return them to us.

Please fill in returns form stating the reason for return and stick the address label to the parcel.  Please make a copy of your returns form for your records and send the original paper work back to us. Please use the original parcel packaging for you return and make sure it is properly sealed using a strong tape.

All returned items must be in their original condition and unworn. Please make ensure shoes are only tried indoors on carpets.

If the shoes you have received are faulty, Haslam’s must be notified to us within 7 days. Please contact us by telephone or email. Any returns we receive back which are deemed faulty by yourselves, the customer, will be reviewed and a refund/exchange is not guaranteed. As with all products, our shoes have a lifetime. We will consider this and usage when reviewing returns. If we consider the shoes faulty, we will reimburse your postage costs.

Please use the box or bag your shoes were delivered in to return your goods. All returned items must be packaged correctly - do not write or put parcelling tape on the shoe boxes.

We strongly recommend using a tracked service to return items to us if you are in the U.K. If the products are being returned from outside of the U.K. we suggest using a reputable courier service. 

We will process your return the same day where possible. Please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to show in your account.

It is not for commercial use and unless we agree you cannot copy, distribute, publish or alter the web site content. You may only download content from this website that is required for the sole purpose of assisting you in placing an order. Such downloaded material may not be used for any other content.


Cancellation Policy

Under the 2014 Consumer Contracts Regulations, a customer has the right to cancel an order from the time that the order is placed until 14 days from the date that the goods are received.

If you wish to cancel an order, you can do so by contacting us via email or telephone.

If you wish to cancel an order that has already been received, please ensure that the item(s) is returned to us, unworn and in a re-sellable condition within 14 working days from the date of order.

Complaints
At Haslams we have had high standards and offer quality shoes with excellent service.   If for whatever any reason you are dissatisfied with the service we have provided you, please let us know.  We need to know so we can rectify for next time.
